The five blocks (G+1 floors) shown form a cottage cluster. Overall, there are four Cottage Clusters in the Jungle Creek as shown in the master plan. Each Cottage Cluster has 1 Royal Suite block that has 2 nos Royal Suite and 4 Family Suite Block that has 4 nos Family Suite in each block i.e. 16 nos Family Suite in total.
The Royal Suite block has two duplexes side by side. Each Royal Suite has a private lawn, one bedroom and living room on the ground floor and one bedroom and a large balcony on the first floor. Both the bedrooms have attached toilets with a bath tub. Both the floors are connected through an internal staircase.
Each Family Suite block has two Family Suite units on the ground floor and two on the first floor. All four units are of the same size. There is a single staircase that connects the entrances of all the four units.
